We collect nonpublic information about you that is provided to us by you or obtained by us with your authorization.   We retain records relating to products and services we provide to you so that we are better able to assist you with your needs.  In order to guard your nonpublic personal information, we maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards.   If you create an account with CMK, we record your login information and utilize cookies as necessary to allow our system to display your billing and  shipping information during each shopping experience.  You do have the option to purchase from CMK without establishing an account.  When you provide your email address (with or without an account) to complete a purchase we record that information to send the order confirmation and future discount offers.

Necessary third party recipients of your information include our credit card processing company and the shipping carrier chosen by you at check out.

Here is what we will not do with your information
We do not sell or share your information with others.  Customer information released by you to CMK is maintained solely for CMK orders, sales and marketing purposes.   When you choose to share a link from a share form on our site we do not retain recipient’s email information.  The recipient’s email is used solely for transmittal.

CMK utilizes links to other sites, downloadable forms, and articles as educational tools for our site visitors.  CMK is not responsible for the content, quality, or accuracy of these resources.  When visiting other sites via links on CMK, it is your responsibility to determine safety, accuracy, and information that could be collected.
